The Best Rate Guarantee applies to confirmed reservations made on any of our properties official websites and bookings made under the Best Rate Guarantee search. Should a lower rate be found on another website, the application of the guarantee sought must be for the same hotel, same date, same type of room, same rate, same number of people and with the same sales conditions as those that apply to the reservation made on any of our properties official websites.
The lower rate on the other website must be viewable, bookable by the general public, providing instant confirmation, inclusive of all taxes and service charge, and in the local currency. Guarantee shall not apply if the lower rate is found on a third party website but is lower due to the currency exchange rates, rounding applied on room rate, incorrect display, etc. Claim must be made within 24hours of making your booking on any of our properties official websites.
