Think multi-cultural international breakfast buffets and themed lunch buffets, including lavish Saturday brunches, along with a mouth-watering a la carte menu available throughout the day, all featuring top quality local and imported products combined with the passionate creativity of highly skilled chefs. Take your pick from prime rib beef steak, fish carvery, Japanese robata and yakitori grill, and high quality seafood on ice. Plus Asian noodles, antipasti, a fanciful dessert bar and much more.

Smart but casual, Prime+ is created around the notion of pleasurable evenings punctuated with premium steaks and fine wines.The overriding emphasis of this exciting urban grill restaurant and bar seven stories up, is on preparing unquestionably delicious dishes from fine ingredients uncompromisingly selected for their freshness, authenticity and flavour.
Whether ordering the best Australian wagyu beef, Canadian lobster, a pasta dish or something vegetarian, followed by a fabulous dessert, every mouthful is a revelation.
A mélange of soothing earth tones and natural textures, the ambiance, meanwhile, conspires to destress and focus the mind on the good things in life, from good company to culinary adventures.
Open between 18:00 hrs and 23:00 hrs, Prime+ is connected to a Wine Bar with the same opening hours featuring fine New and Old World vintages.
