Bangkok: Road to Ultra Thailand 2016
Road to Ultra Thailand 2016 will take place at BITEC Convention Center in Bang Na Bangkok. The big event is scheduled to take place on 11 June 2016. The event should boast some of the most popular DJ’s in the world! Last years event featured Knife Party, Laidback Luke, Quintino, and Nervo. Alesso was scheduled to perform, but had to cancel last minute due to illness.

Chiang Mai: Inthakin City Pillar
Inthakin also known as Sai Khan Dok – worship of the city pillar – tradition of flower offering to the อินทขิล pillar – is a festival held every year in Chiang Mai, Thailand. It is a uniquely Chiang Mai Festival. The citizens of Chiang Mai are given the opportunity to venerate the guardian spirits of the city, particularly the spirits associated with the City Pillar, known as Sao Inthakin (The Lord Indra’s Pillar). This pillar had been used for an earlier city built in the same area and is associated with the Hindu god Lord Indra.

Langkawi: Eating out during Ramadan
Eating out during Ramadan in Langkawi is fairly easy thanks to the island’s numerous seafood, Chinese, Indian, and international restaurants, though alcoholic offerings are limited in certain hotels or inns. Five-star resorts often hold extensive buffet dinners for iftar, so travellers can enjoy a wide range of Malay delicacies such as beef rendang, nasi lemak, murtabak, and satay.
Massive outdoor food markets – also known as Bazaar Ramadan – can also be found all over Langkawi, particularly Kuah, Pantai Cenang, and Padang Matsirat. These night markets are open daily from 16:00 until late, selling over 100 types of freshly-prepared Malay dishes and snacks at very cheap prices.
Jorhor Bahru: Damien Rice Concert
Damien Rice is an Irish singer-songwriter, musician and record producer. He began his musical career as a member of the 1990s rock group Juniper. The band enjoyed moderate success with a couple of single releases, but a projected album foundered because of record company politics. After eight years of various collaborations, Rice released his third studio album My Favourite Faded Fantasy on 31 October 2014. Tickets are on sale now for Damien’s performance in Singapore at the Star Theatre, Singapore on 4th June.
