Compass Hospitality Continues UK Expansion with 7th Hotel in Scotland Introducing The Rox Hotel Aberdeen

April 13, 2022 – Compass Hospitality continues to advance its UK market position with the new addition of The Rox Hotel Aberdeen, to its ever-growing portfolio. The Rox Hotel of 17-23 Market Street Aberdeen, is the company’s 7th Hotel in Scotland and 17th in the United Kingdom, as the company undergoes a post-pandemic surge in acquisitions.

Featuring Aberdeen’s premier chandelier-lit ballroom and function space for 180 guests; this modern 4-star 32-bedroom property boasts well-equipped en-suite accommodation inclusive of 2 luxurious suites. The hotel also offers the 100- cover ‘Rox Grill Room’ restaurant in addition to the 70-cover on-site café & bar.

Located in the heart of Aberdeen city center, the hotel offers an excellent location for a mixture of audiences visiting Scotland’s third largest city. With excellent transport links including Aberdeen Airport being just a short 20-minute drive away, as well as both the main bus and train station being only a 5-minute walk from the property itself.

The 8-storey property which has been purchased for an undisclosed sum as a joint venture by the Singapore-based company Seacare Hospitality along with Compass Hospitality; and will continue to welcome UK-inbound and domestic visitors and tourists alike, as well as maintaining its base of local corporate guests.
