We endeavor to provide our agents and tour operators with ease of booking. From providing our most competitive rates from the outset, keeping all informed of any suitable promotions and added value offerings as well as responding within a timely fashion to availability requests and questions concerning our hotel portfolio. With our 28-day cancellation policy plus x2 free places per x30 guests as our Company standard, you can be assured of consistency across our entire collection of hotels.

From the outset and throughout your Compass Hospitality group tour experience, you will be looked after by our dedicated Group Tour Travel Team. Ensuring that you have a clear point of contact for any questions that may come up during the enquiry process and stay itself.

THE WARMEST OF WELCOMES

We strive to offer a tailored welcome at each of our hotel destinations, whether in the United Kingdom, Malaysia or Thailand. Your Coach will receive a personal warm welcome from the hotel on arrival which will include an introduction to the hotel, information such as dining times and guidance on whom to contact should your guests require assistance during their stay.

As standard, pre-allocated complimentary coach parking will be provided where available, as well as Welcome Drinks upon arrival such as Tea & Coffee for all guests and drivers. Local sweet treats such as Welsh cakes in Wales & Shortbread in Scotland will also be offered.

Rooms and Keys will be available for collection upon arrival, and when pre-booked, the option of Porterage for 1 bag per person is also available. We will take all possible steps to ensure your guests have a smooth and relaxing start to their vacation.
